Information We Collect

Automatically, when you visit the Site. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics may collect your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site, through cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies and Analytics” below.

Information you send us directly. The Site has no contact form or account sign-up. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you include in that message, such as your name, email address, and its content.

Donations. Giving on the Site is handled entirely by PayPal, which we link to via a hosted donate button. Your payment details, billing information, and PayPal account information are collected and processed by PayPal, not by us. We do not receive or store your card, bank, or PayPal account credentials, and we recommend reviewing PayPal’s own privacy policy before giving.

Facebook and Instagram. PMF’s News & Updates page is administered through an internal tool that uses Meta’s Facebook Login for Business so that PMF’s own authorized staff can publish posts to PMF’s Facebook Page and Instagram account. This connection is between PMF and Meta, on PMF’s own business assets; it does not collect, access, or store personal information belonging to visitors of this Site, or to the personal Facebook or Instagram accounts of anyone other than PMF’s own authorized staff. How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate and improve the Site, understand which content is helpful to visitors, respond to emails sent to us, and keep the Site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send unsolicited marketing.

Cookies and Analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure Site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, without losing access to any part of the Site.

Third-Party Services

The Site relies on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — usage analytics
• PayPal — donation processing
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — publishing PMF’s own News & Updates content
• Vercel — website hosting
• Supabase — storage for News & Updates posts and media published by PMF staff

Data Retention

We keep analytics data for as long as Google Analytics’ standard retention settings allow, and we keep emails you send us for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the correspondence, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Because the Site collects so little personal information in the first place, most requests are as simple as deleting an email thread.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
