Panama Mission Foundation

Overview

Panama Mission Foundation (“PMF”) uses Meta’s Facebook Login for Business in one place only: an internal tool that lets PMF’s own authorized staff publish News & Updates posts to PMF’s Facebook Page and Instagram account from panamamission.org. This connection runs between PMF’s business assets and Meta’s platform. It is not a login or sign-up feature for visitors to the Site, and it does not collect personal data from the public, from Site visitors, or from anyone browsing PMF’s Facebook Page or Instagram profile.

What We Access From Facebook and Instagram

The only data this connection involves is a Page access token authorizing PMF’s publishing tool to post content, on PMF’s behalf, to PMF’s own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account. We do not request or store personal profile information, friend or follower lists, private messages, or any data belonging to individual Facebook or Instagram users.

How to Remove Access or Request Deletion

If you administer PMF’s Facebook Page or Instagram account and want to revoke this integration, or if you believe PMF holds any data connected to your Facebook or Instagram account and want it deleted, you have two options:

1. Remove the connection yourself. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find “Panama Mission Foundation,” and remove it. This immediately revokes the access token; nothing further is stored on our side once it is removed.
2. Email us. Send a request to vince@panamamission.org. We will revoke the associated access token and delete any related data within 30 days and confirm by email once it’s done.
